me: Hi, I just took an online training class but it's not showing up under "courses in progress" or "courses completed." I'm trying to print the certificate that proves I took it, can you help?
them: Can you please check if the course is showing up under "courses in progress"?
me: I checked; it is not.
them: How about "courses completed?"
me: (thinking... AS I JUST SAID...) No, it isn't.
