So the awesome goddess Kellygo and I started a blog together about social media's reach within the government.

Social media, sometimes also called "Web 2.0," is really just a way to describe how people are using the web to interact (think Facebook or LinkedIn, or even blogs like this, where y'all can comment and we can tawk ;).
