Can someone please explain this to me? I have a pretty good sense of humor but I do NOT get this joke. I could appreciate it if the cartoon were drawn by the editor's 3 year old but this actually looked like a publication that was trying to take itself seriously (the Funny Papers of Philadelphia and published in October/November 2001).Help? Free spleen to the first person who can figure this out!
